L’activit\u00e9 prend place aux loisirs dans les salles Ernest et Louise Lachapelle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

En collaboration avec l’Acad\u00e9mie des jeunes lions de Saint-Hyacinthe.<\/p>\n

Le cours sera structur\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on suivante\u00a0:<\/p>\n

  • 10 \u00e0 15 minutes d\u2019\u00e9chauffement<\/li>\n
  • Enseignement des enchainements et des prises pour le reste du cours.<\/li>\n
  • L\u2019aspect psychologique des matchs, la concentration ainsi que le respect des adversaires seront \u00e9galement abord\u00e9s au cours de la session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
